Registration
New Student Registration
New student registration is ongoing. Registration packets for grades K-12 are available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Board of Education Office, 1010 Vivian Drive, Grafton, OH 44044.
Parents are required to bring the following original documents to register their child:
- Birth Certificate
- Shot Records
- Custody Papers (if applicable)
- Report Card (transcripts, if registering for high school)
- IEP (if needed)
- Social Security Number
- 2 Proofs of Residency (i.e. rental agreement, purchase agreement, construction contract, current utility bill, home mortage coupon, etc.)
To register for kindergarten, your child must be 5 years of age on or before August 1st. Please bring the following with you:
- Birth Certificate
- Shot Records
