APPLY FOR FUNDING FROM THE MIDVIEW ENDOWMENT FUND
GRANTS
The purpose of the Midview Endowment Fund is to enhance the quality of the educational experience of Midview students. The income generated from its investment is available for enrichment activities beyond the basic programs provided by the schools.
Grant Process:

January 25, 2010—Applications available online.

March 15, 2010—Applications deadline.

August 18, 2010—Project implementation; funds available

May 29, 2011—Project completion. Final Assessment to Midview Endowment Fund.
Final Evaluations of funded projects are due May 29, 2011 or within 45 days of the completion of the project, whichever occurs earlier.
If an approved grant activity is delayed and the grant recipient is unable to complete the project by May 29, 2011, a request for extension shall be submitted to the Trustees prior to March 29, 2011.
Use of Grant Funds:
In compliance with our stated purpose, income generated cannot be used for projects/activities currently covered by the Midview Board of Education funds.

Examples of Acceptable Fund Use: Activity costs; consultant fees; speaker fees; travel to other communities to observe innovative programs.

Examples of Unacceptable Fund Use: Capital equipment; conference cost & related travel; tuition reimbursement.
