Contributions to the Midview Endowment Fund can be made in several ways, the most common of which is the outright gift. Many individuals, due to their particular circumstances, choose to make donations in other ways. A listing of the most usual methods of contributing includes:
- Outright Gifts— Cash or other assets such as securities, real estate, art works or other personal property.
- Deferred Gifts— Bequests, gift annuities, life insurance or charitable remainder trusts.
- Incremental Gifts— Gifts contributed in planned stages over a specified period of time.
Any gift can be made in memory of a deceased friend, relative or educator, or in honor of a living person or institution.
