New Student Registration

 

Registration for students in grades K-12 new to the Midview Schools for the 2008/2009 school year is scheduled for the week of May 12, 2008.  If you are, or will be, living in the Midview District and you are planning to send your child to the Midview Schools for the 2008-2009 school year, but he/she is currently attending a public school in another district or attending a private or parochial school, we would like you to come in now and register that child. 

 

Materials required for the registration process include the child’s birth certificate, most recent shot record, social security number, custody papers (if applicable), and two proofs of residency (utility bill, mortgage statement, purchase or rental agreement, etc.).  If your child is a special needs student, please be sure to bring his her most current IEP.

 

Early registration helps the school district in planning for its staffing, scheduling, and curriculum needs.  Registration will take place at the Midview Administration Office, 1010 Vivian Dr., Grafton, OH  44044 for the rest of this spring and throughout the summer.  The office hours through the end of the school year are 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  If you have any questions regarding this process, please feel free to contact us at (440) 926-3737.
