Midview Scholarship Fund Seeking Donations
4/10 -- The Midview Scholarship Fund Committee is dedicated to stimulating scholarship in our area by assisting Midview High School graduates in financing their college education. The fund is completely independent from the Midview Local School District and receives no funding from the schools. It is completely supported by contributions from groups, individuals, organizations and businesses in the community.
Last year, we were able to award four scholarships to 2007 graduating seniors and renew four scholarships awarded in 2006. All of the funds donated to the committee were used for these scholarships.
Once again this year, we would like to renew the scholarships awarded during 2007 and also grant additional scholarships to 2008 Midview graduates. In order to do so, we need your financial support.
All donors to the Midview Scholarship Fund Committee are entitled to designate two representatives to the scholarship selection committee.
