Fellowship of Christian Athletes

Midview’s FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) is an interdenominational group of students who get together in a safe environment. Midview’s FCA usually holds two special events a month.  Activities in the past have included bowling, laser tag, a 3 on 3 basketball tournament, and monthly meetings at the Silos.  The Silos is a renovated building that is full of games and entertainment for the students, such as an indoor basketball hoop, sand volleyball courts, pool tables, foosball tables, carpet ball, chess, checkers, board games, and a whole lot more.  The Silos is located on the corner of Oberlin Road and Butternut Ridge, right across the street from Poland Implement.

Midview’s FCA group is currently in its fifth year of existence.>All middle school and high school students are welcome to all events, and friends of students are also welcome to attend.  Most of the events are free, except for things such as bowling or laser tag.

On a weekly basis, any student is also given the option of attending student led prayer every Wednesday morning in Mr. J. DiFranco’s room (room 323). Doors open at 7am but students are free to come down any time before 1st period.  (Free doughnuts are sometimes available!)

Also, on the first Tuesday of every month students that want to help plan and lead FCA events meet at the Grafton McDonald’s at 6:30 A.M.

Any parents or students with any questions about FCA can feel free to email Mr. J. DiFranco at jdifra@leeca.org
