LIVING SKILLS - It's not easy being a teen. This class helps. Learn to solve problems, deal with relationships, relieve stress and develop friendships. You will develop career goals and explore life skills like sewing and food preparation. Four (4) action projects required. FEE REQUIRED

LIVING WITH STYLE – This course in Interior Design covers a broad spectrum of topics. Students will learn about housing, decorating, floor plan selection and the principles and elements of design in coordinating room arrangements. Throughout the year students will work on craft projects in stenciling, cross-stitch, making pillows and general home decorating crafts. Four (4) action projects are required. FEE REQUIRED

HUMAN RELATIONS - What's life like after high school? What will you do with your life? What skills do you have? What skills do you need? Can you communicate effectively? Will you be a good parent? How can you develop meaningful relationships? Can you cope with stress and decision making? Take Human Relations. Answers to follow. Two (2) action projects are required.

FOOD CHOICES - Food choices can affect your health, your time management and your pocketbook. Learn how to make healthy, economical and fun choices for your diet. Learn to prepare your favorite foods and establish good eating habits that will serve you for a lifetime. One (1) action project required. FEE REQUIRED

PARENTING - Most of us will someday take on the largest and most important responsibility of our lives: parenting, and with little or no preparation. There are so many things to consider - prenatal care, childbirth, and the emotional and physical development of the child. One (1) action project required. FEE REQUIRED
