The Act Test is April 10, 2010 with a registration deadline date of March 5, 2010.

The SAT Test is March 13, 2010 with a registration deadline of Feb. 4, 2010.

SOPHOMORE JVS TOUR- The Sophomore JVS Tour will take place on Thursday, January 28, 2010.

SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION—The following scholarship information & scholarships are available in the Guidance Office or online:

LORAIN-MEDINA RURAL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP—Two $2,500 scholarships will be awarded to one senior boy and one senior girl whose parents or legal guardians are members of Lorain-Medina Rural Electric Cooperative and presently residing in the home receiving electric service from the Cooperative. Any student who has a 3.5 GPA or better (on a 4.0 scale) can apply. Application forms are also available online at www.lmre.org. Deadline is Wednesday, February 3.

ESA FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP- A senior high school student who will be an incoming college freshman with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Current application forms may be downloaded from the ESA Foundation website at www.esaintl.com/esaf. Deadline is February 1, 2010.

MAX/PREPS SCHOLARSHIP- Max/Preps and the Army National Guard have joined forces to award $2,500 scholarships to each of the top five men and women in the country. You must be a high school student who participated on a sports team covered by MaxPreps.

COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF LORAIN COUNTY SCHOLARSHIPS-The Community Foundation of Lorain County has announced 35 scholarships that are available to residents of Lorain County. Stop by the guidance Office for further information or go to http://peoplewhocare.org/page20405.cfm to view these great opportunities.

BOWLING GREEN STATE UNIVERSITY-Student who have made a formal application or have been admitted to Bowling Green State University are eligible to apply for a scholarship for an incoming freshman and a scholarship for an incoming freshman majoring in biology..

OHIO PTA MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP-The Ohio Memorial Scholarship program is pleased to announce the opportunity to apply for an Academic, Technical, or Special Education Scholarship of $500 each. Applications are available in the guidance office. Deadline for application is March 1, 2010.
