Midview Athletic Training Announces ImPACT Testing Information

All Midview High School student-athletes in grades 9 and 11 are required to have a Concussion Baseline test on file prior to participating in their 2018-19 season.

Over 100 Middie student-athletes participated in the Cleveland Clinic Baseline Testing Day in June, which was organized by Athletic Trainer Cody Florian. However, those that didn't participate in this event need to take the ImPACT online test in order to satisfy the requirement.

Only one baseline test per year is needed for multi-sport athletes.

Instructions for Taking the ImPACT Test at Home:

*You must use a computer with a WIRED mouse.  No wireless/optical mouse or laptop mouse pad allowed.*

*Pop-up blockers must be turned off in order for the site to function properly.

*If you are connecting to the internet via Wi-Fi it must be a consistent connection, any interruption in connection will cause the test to fail.

*Take the test in a quiet, calm environment.*

1. Paste or type this exact link into your browser: https://www.impacttestonline.com/sportstest/index.cfm?id=1681
2. Click on button “Launch Baseline Test”
3. Enter customer ID code: fae87acc5e
4. This should take you to the test. You are taking the test “unsupervised” and should identify yourself as "Midview High School" on the drop down menu.

*Once you have completed the test you do not need to print results.

*You must have your ImPACT baseline test completed in order to participate.
