Monday July 1-July 26, the girls basketball team will be doing strength and conditioning training with Cody every Tuesday/Thursday/Friday. This is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of, to become quicker, faster, and stronger this summer. This will include 11 sessions, at no cost, for all those committed to becoming a better athlete and basketball player. All strength & basketball training is open to all girls basketball junior high to high school athletes . Training with Cody will be Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-10am, and Fridays 8-9am at the high school.
*If you are a Fall sport athlete and training with your team already, you do not need to attend double training sessions.
