TEAMWORK Get Involved, Stay Involved

The Midview School District team consists of students, parents/guardians, staff, and community members all working together to achieve common goals.  We believe the steps for effective teamwork are outlined below.

  1. Collaboration – Be Collaborative:  Be open to receiving ideas, thoughts, and feedback from others.  Emphasize mutual respect. Encourage safe open communication. Demonstrate a collaborative culture that could be modeled by the Midview community.

  1. Stakeholders – Establish and Engage Stakeholders:  Identify and recognize the positive contributions that the stakeholders have on students’ development and success.  Engage all stakeholders, in particular our students, to be active participants in the decision-making process. Utilize and sustain all relationships within the Midview Community.  We can benefit from the insight of others.

  1. Vision – Implement Plans with Vision in Mind:  Implement our vision and continually build with the future in mind.

We will discuss, adjust, and implement.  In the end, we will leave with the team vision in mind.

Outcome:  By working together, we support each other.
