Mrs. Tammy Hammond is the counselor at Midview East Intermediate.  

She is here to provide the following services to students: individual counseling, small group counseling, classroom guidance,  prevention and intervention services, academic support, and referrals to outside mental health agencies. 

Each month, she also visits classrooms to share guidance lessons. Topics include bullying, responsibility, social skills, coping strategies and others.
