Work-Based Learning

At Midview High School, our Work-Based Learning Program offers a unique and empowering educational pathway designed specifically to support students with disabilities in building meaningful futures. This innovative program bridges classroom learning with real-world experience, equipping students with the essential skills needed for employment and independent living after graduation.

Through hands-on training, community partnerships, and personalized support, students gain practical experience in various job settings while developing confidence, independence, and a strong sense of purpose. The program emphasizes collaboration between educators, families, and local businesses to ensure every student is prepared to thrive beyond high school and achieve their personal and professional goals.
