Principal's Message
Beginning another year!
Welcome to Midview Middle to all of our students and families. I am very excited to begin the year as principal. This is my third year with Midview Local Schools and my 12th year as an administrator. Looking forward to getting to know all of our students and supporting their growth as they prepare to enter high school in a short period of time!
Student Schedules
I am in the process of finalizing student schedules. Our Smart Start program will begin the week of 8/21 for our 7th graders. I have a goal to complete all 8th grade schedules by 8/25.
Vision
My goal as the principal of Midview Middle School is to continue working towards the vision that Midview Local Schools will be recognized as an innovative educational leader in safety, social-emotional health, and unique educational pathways for all students. This vision is built upon the belief that every student is important and capable of learning. Students will experience this vision through purposeful and engaging instruction by an overall caring and great staff.
The staff members at Midview Middle School understand the role we play in preparing students for the transition to Midview High School. We support this transition through the implementation of Midview’s Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) that wants all students to be Ready, Responsible, and Respectful!
We believe that meaningful instruction, paired with purposeful behavioral supports, can build strong lifelong learners.
