Wednesday night, the Midview Local Schools Board of Education approved the transition of several administrators into new roles for the 2023-24 school year.

Current Midview Middle School principal Chad Heuser has been announced as the new Midview High School principal. He will replace Brian Siftar, who fulfilled the role for the past two years.

Midview Middle School will now be under the leadership of current Midview West Principal Zac Cousins and family liaison Jordane Breha, who will transition into her new role as assistant principal for the building.

Meredith Udris, Midview East Elementary principal, has accepted the role of Director of Pupil Services and Little Middies Preschool for the upcoming school year. Sharon Novak, who previously held the position, will now oversee the district’s mental health resources as Coordinator of Support Services.

Allison Hohla, previously the Midview Middle School assistant principal, will now lead East Intermediate School.

“A strength of any district is when you can grow leadership from within,” said Midview Superintendent Bruce Willingham. “I am proud of everything we have accomplished as a team over the last several years and am excited to take this next step forward together.”

Administrators will officially begin work in their new roles on August 1, 2023.

Midview Local School District is in the process of filling both assistant principal positions at Midview High School and a principal position at Midview West Elementary.
