As we prepare for the 2026-27 school year, all families are required to log in to FinalForms to review, update (if needed), and sign all required forms. This process takes less than 10 minutes and ensures your child’s information is accurate and up to date—helping us keep your family informed and connected. Please note, FinalForms must be completed prior to our first day of school.
Important Transportation Reminders:
Transportation requests and changes must also be completed EACH YEAR through FinalForms.
Bus rider vs. Car rider: All K-8 students are automatically assigned bus transportation from their primary residence. If your child will be a full-time car rider, please update their transportation status in FinalForms.
Alternate Transportation: Families who have open-enrolled their child or require transportation to a location other than the student’s primary residence must complete the Alternate Transportation Form within FinalForms each school year.
Our top priority is providing safe and timely transportation to and from students’ primary residences. Requests for alternate transportation will be considered based on available space and alignment with existing bus routes. Please note that requests will not be processed until the second week of August.
Important Food Services Reminder:
More than 40% of Midview students qualify for free or reduced-price school breakfasts and lunches through the National School Lunch Program. We encourage families to review the following eligibility requirements each year, as your child may qualify even if they have not in the past. Your family may qualify if:
Your household receives SNAP (food stamps), TANF (welfare), WIC, or FDPIR
Your child is a foster child under the legal responsibility of a court or agency
Your child is enrolled in Head Start
Your household income falls within the 2026-27 federal eligibility guidelines
Families can apply online through PaySchools Central or visit the Food Services webpage for additional information. All applications are confidential.
