Join us for Kindergarten Welcome Night on March 10 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at North Elementary! Families can tour the building, meet teachers, participate in fun activities, and ask questions about registration and the upcoming school year. This can’t-miss event is the perfect opportunity to get your child excited for kindergarten!

This is a reminder that Midview Local School District will have its first early release of the school year tomorrow, October 30. Students will be dismissed two hours earlier than usual. Please also note that the district will be closed on Friday, October 31, for a professional development day. Thank you!
As a reminder, Midview Local Schools will be closed this Friday, Oct. 10, for NEOEA Day. We’ll see our students back in the classroom on Monday, Oct. 13!

The 2025–26 school year is right around the corner! To help you get ready, we’ve put together a Back-to-School Guide with key dates, helpful reminders, and everything you need to know before our first day on September 2, 2025.

We hope you are as excited as we are for our annual Back-to-School Rally! ALL district families (grades PK-12) are invited to kick off the 2025-26 school year with us during this fun event, which includes:
- Class lists for grades PK-6 (class lists will also be posted the following day on the front doors of our buildings for those who cannot attend)
- School year information (registration, food services, transportation, etc.)
- A variety of delicious treats and food trucks such as Manna Food Truck, Kona Ice, FranksnShakes, and bRaised in the CLE
- Free and fun activities, including balloon twisting, face painting, bounce houses, dunk tank, Eaton Township Fire & Rescue obstacle course and helicopter landing, athletic team games, and much more!
- Live DJ
- Local vendors, community partners, and Midview groups
Join us in the Midview Middle School parking lot on Thursday, August 21, from 5-7 p.m. In the event of rain, the Rally will be held inside of the Middle School.

Good morning, arrival conditions are still concerning with the winter weather advisory still in effect. Therefore, for the safety of our staff and students, I am cancelling school today, Tuesday, January 23rd.

This year, Christmas came early for several students thanks to the kindness and work of our Midview Ohio Association of Public School Employees (OAPSE) members, which includes maintenance and custodians, bus drivers and mechanics, kitchen staff, secretaries, and library/educational/special education paraprofessionals.
Over the last several weeks, staff members worked together to donate and collect funds to purchase bicycles as part of their new Bikes for Kids Program. This past weekend, they assembled and hand-delivered new bikes to 13 deserving students in grades K-4!
