Yesterday, our Food Services Department held its annual Middie Chef Cook-Off! Nine total students (three from each elementary building) were chosen to represent their respective schools and prepare a culinary dish centered around the theme of "Healthy Desserts." A panel of judges selected three chefs who will continue representing their school in a final round on March 13!
Thank you to all of our North, West, and East students who submitted recipes and displayed their culinary creativity in this annual competition! Good luck and congratulations to our finalists: Aspen Bott (North), Temperance Cindric (West), and Baron Carr (East)!

Mrs. Viers and Mrs. Reyes classes are doing a fantastic job with their Synonym Sort activity. Another word you can use to describe these 4th graders is tremendous (synonyms are great 😉)

Hello Midview Families,

Mrs. Eppich’s third-grade class discussed Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s famous "I Have a Dream" speech and what it means to be kind, inclusive, and fair to one another. Each student spent time writing their own mini speeches, and together, they set a class goal to show 20 acts of kindness!

Midview Staff and Families,
Due to extremely cold and dangerous wind chills forecasted for tomorrow morning, the Midview Schools will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, January 17, 2024.
Be safe and stay warm Middies!
Dr. Willingham

This year, Christmas came early for several students thanks to the kindness and work of our Midview Ohio Association of Public School Employees (OAPSE) members, which includes maintenance and custodians, bus drivers and mechanics, kitchen staff, secretaries, and library/educational/special education paraprofessionals.
Over the last several weeks, staff members worked together to donate and collect funds to purchase bicycles as part of their new Bikes for Kids Program. This past weekend, they assembled and hand-delivered new bikes to 13 deserving students in grades K-4!
Mrs. Breha and Isabella agree that sparkle is the way to go when bringing out your holiday best #tistheseason
